"Morgen Kinder wird's was geben" was composed around 1795, but according to most sources first appeared in 1886. The most common melody was composed in 1809 by Carl Gottlieb Hering, which was also used as a model for this lovely arrangement. The successful instrumentation of bells, piano, flutes, pizzicato strings and acoustic guitar underlines the cheerful character of the piece.
